Per person or per quad: how to read the price
GetYourGuide shows a “from” price, but tours do not all charge for the same thing. There are three ways:
“Per person” (15)
Each rider pays a ticket, whether driving or riding pillion. On double-quad tours, two tickets make one quad: two listings put it exactly like that. Note that this is a per-rider rate, not the price of riding a quad alone, which the listing usually gives as a separate option. Range: €42–€130.
“Per group of up to 2” (1)
This is the price of one quad: the same whether you ride alone or with a passenger. One listing says it in so many words (“the same price per quad”). Price: €100.
“Per group of up to 1” (3)
This is the price for one person on their own quad. If two of you share a quad, the listing has another option with a different price: check it when you choose. Range: €58–€91.
Example for two
Two people on one quad would pay from €100 on the tour priced per quad and from €84 (2 × €42) on the cheapest per-person option that takes a passenger.
The same happens with other activities: at Kayak Tenerife, another site by the same owner, a single kayak rental is charged per person and a double one per kayak.
Your case
One person alone, two on one quad or two quads
The “from” price does not answer the same question on every listing. Before you read the table, find your case:
Riding alone
You need a quad to yourself. When the tour is priced per quad or per group of 1, the “from” price is exactly that (4 tours, from €58). If it is priced per person, that is a per-rider rate and the single quad is a separate option with its own price. One listing sells double quads only.
Two sharing a quad
One drives and the other rides behind. Per person you pay the rate twice; per quad, once. It can be worked out for 14 tours, from €84 for the two of you.
Two, each on their own quad
You need two licences and two single quads. It can only be worked out where the price is already per quad or per group of 1 (4 tours, from €116); for the rest, choose the single option in the listing.
There is deliberately no calculator on this page: on most listings the single-quad price only appears once you pick a date and option, and we will not estimate it.

Every tour with its price
Ordered by the price for two people on one quad, lowest first; those where it cannot be worked out come last. When a cell has no figure, it says why. We do not show crossed-out prices: GetYourGuide changes them daily.
“From” price on GetYourGuide for one person alone, two on one quad and two on two quads, 29 October 2026. Two on one quad: per person × 2 or, if priced per quad, the same price. Two quads: × 2, only where the price is already per quad or per group of 1.

Getting to the starting point if there is no transfer, food when the listing excludes it, and tips. None has a price we can check.
The “from” price is the lowest in the listing. Yours may differ because of:
The option: single or double quad, route or duration.
The time: some listings have daytime and sunset options.
The date and offers: GetYourGuide applies temporary discounts.
We do not call any tour “the cheapest”: the table order reflects the price observed on 29 October 2026 and can change the same day. Always confirm the amount on GetYourGuide before you pay.
Questions
Questions about prices
How much does a quad tour in Tenerife cost?
Across the 19 tours we compare, the “from” price ranges from €42 to €130 per person; those priced per quad for up to two people or per person on their own quad range from €58 to €100 (29 October 2026). The price for your date and time is the one GetYourGuide shows when you book.
Is it cheaper for two people to share a quad?
Only if the tour charges per quad: then two people pay the same as one. If it charges per person, each rider pays a ticket even when you share a quad. The table on this page separates three cases (one person alone, two on one quad and two on two quads) and only gives a figure when the listing makes it possible to work out.
Is there anything to pay on the day?
On some tours, yes: a €100 cash deposit per quad, a €30 damage cover that is not in the price, a second driver for €10 or optional photos. Details below and in the requirements guide.
Why does the GetYourGuide price differ from this page?
Because it changes with the date, the time, the option (single or double quad) and current offers. Our prices are a snapshot from 29 October 2026. The one that applies is GetYourGuide’s when you book.
If you accept, we load GetYourGuide’s official content in the tour cards (photo, current price, rating and calendar). It uses third-party cookies. If you reject, the site works the same and every tour keeps its link to GetYourGuide. Cookie policy.
