We reply ourselves; we are not an operator. There is no form on the site: we only process what you send us through these channels, as explained in the privacy policy.
What we can help with
- A price, requirement or time that no longer matches the listing.
- Questions about reading the comparison (per person or per quad, road or track).
What we cannot help with
- Bookings, date changes, cancellations or refunds: these are handled on GetYourGuide, from your booking or your confirmation email.
- The meeting point or exact time of your tour: GetYourGuide or the operator confirms them.
How we are funded: GetYourGuide affiliate programme
The “Check availability” buttons take you to each tour’s listing on GetYourGuide with our affiliate identifier. If you book through them, GetYourGuide pays us a commission. The price for you is the same.
- Affiliate links are marked as sponsored (
rel="sponsored") and open in a new tab. - The commission does not change which tours we show or in what order: the criteria are published on about us.
- We do not claim that a price is the lowest, that we have exclusive places or that every tour has free cancellation: that depends on each listing.
- We count how many times each button is clicked, in aggregate and without personal data. Only GetYourGuide knows about bookings and commissions.
