2. Purpose of the site
quadstenerife.es is an editorial comparison of quad tours in Tenerife. The owner does not provide, sell or charge for tours, does not hire out vehicles and does not handle bookings. Bookings and payments are made on GetYourGuide, and each tour is provided by its operator under its own terms.
3. Prices
Prices shown are the “from” prices (per person, per quad or per group, as stated) displayed on each GetYourGuide listing on the date stated, for guidance only. The final price, applicable taxes and terms are those shown by GetYourGuide when you book.
4. Affiliate links and commercial communications
The site takes part in the GetYourGuide affiliate programme and earns a commission on bookings made through its links. Those links are identified as such on each page and explained on our contact and affiliate disclosure page.
5. Terms of use
Access to the site is free. Users agree to use it lawfully and not to impair its operation.
6. Intellectual property
Site text, tables, design and code belong to the owner unless stated otherwise. Photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their licences, with author and licence shown at the foot of each page that uses them. None shows a specific tour. Typefaces are distributed under the SIL Open Font License. Operator and GetYourGuide trade names belong to their owners.
7. Liability
We review information carefully and date it, but prices, schedules, requirements and availability depend on GetYourGuide and operators and may change. In case of any difference, what GetYourGuide shows when you book prevails. The owner is not liable for the provision of tours, their safety, cancellations or damage arising from the activity, which are the operator’s responsibility under its terms and insurance. Nor is the owner liable for the content of linked external sites.
